Gaziantep Gastronomi Akademisi (GAGA), Sosyal Gelişmeyi Destekleme Programı (SOGEP) kapsamında gastronomi sektörünün nitelikli iş gücü ihtiyacına katkı sağlamak amacıyla uzun dönem mesleki eğitim programları gerçekleştirmektedir.
Program kapsamında katılımcılara aşçılık ile pastacılık ve ekmekçilik alanlarında teorik ve uygulamalı eğitimler verilmekte; mesleki bilgi ve becerilerinin geliştirilmesi hedeflenmektedir. Uygulama ağırlıklı eğitim modeli sayesinde katılımcılar profesyonel mutfak ortamında sektörün ihtiyaçlarına uygun yetkinlikler kazanmaktadır.
Eğitim süreci 4 ay teorik ve uygulamalı eğitim ile 4 ay işletmelerde staj olmak üzere toplam 8 ay olarak yürütülmektedir. Programı başarıyla tamamlayan katılımcıların gastronomi sektöründe istihdam edilebilirliğinin artırılması ve sektöre nitelikli personel kazandırılması amaçlanmaktadır.
Gaziantep Gastronomi Akademisi, bu program ile mesleki eğitimin yanı sıra istihdamı destekleyen sürdürülebilir bir eğitim modeli oluşturmayı hedeflemektedir.

Gaziantep Gastronomy Academy (GAGA) implements long-term vocational training programs within the scope of the Social Development Support Program (SOGEP) to contribute to meeting the need for qualified workforce in the gastronomy sector.
Within the program, participants receive theoretical and practical training in culinary arts, pastry, and bakery, with the aim of developing their professional knowledge and skills. Through a practice-oriented training model, participants gain competencies aligned with the needs of the sector in a professional kitchen environment.
The training process consists of 4 months of theoretical and practical training followed by 4 months of internship in relevant businesses, for a total duration of 8 months. The program aims to increase the employability of successful participants and contribute qualified professionals to the gastronomy sector.
Through this program, Gaziantep Gastronomy Academy aims to establish a sustainable training model that supports both vocational development and employment.
